We are pleased to announce that the outputs from Phase 1 of the MioOcean effort have now been submitted to ESSD. These outputs include the MioOcean database together with companion papers describing the MioAGE, MioTEX, and MioMG datasets.

Together, these resources provide a comprehensive foundation for investigating Miocene ocean and climate conditions and will support ongoing efforts to better understand Miocene proxy reconstructions, climate trends, and the mechanisms underlying past climate change.

The completion and submission of the Phase 1 outputs marks an important milestone for MioOcean and provides the foundation for the analyses now underway as part of Phase 2.
